In order to book an appointment. Please fill this out and you should hear back from us within 24-48 hours. I will contact you through email and we will set a time & date that works for you! At that time, you will be required to leave a Non Refundable Deposit of $60 to $100 dollars . (Depending on the size of your appt) This holds your spot  and pays us for drawing the design. This deposit comes off the final price of your tattoo.
